Amazon Inserts provides tools to create product inserts and access analytics related to your inserts. Certain features require a paid subscription via Stripe.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use the Service.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Access to premium features requires a subscription purchased through Stripe.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
• You are responsible for taxes associated with your subscription.
• Amazon Inserts may modify subscription pricing or features with notice.

6. Use Restrictions

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with local and international laws.
• Do not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service.
• Do not interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create with Amazon Inserts. By using the Service, you grant Amazon Inserts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to operate, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Analytics Data

The Service may provide analytics on your inserts. You may not redistribute analytics data outside of your personal or business use without explicit permission.

9. Termination

Amazon Inserts may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or inactivity. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Amazon Inserts does not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted access.

11. Limitation of Liability

Amazon Inserts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including lost revenue or data.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.

13. Changes to Terms

Amazon Inserts may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
